Introducing “What Does Chris Weigh This Week?,” a weekly feature in which I chronicle my occasionally obsessive attempt to manage my weight. My goal, which is probably too modest, is to keep my weight below 160 pounds. I figure posting the results of my weekly Wednesday morning weigh-in for all the world to see is one way to ensure I don’t lose control again.

Comment: The scale must be lying. I spent most of the past week eating Thanksgiving leftovers, and I even abandoned my traditional Tuesday Night Salad yesterday to accommodate my dinnertime craving for Frosted Mini-Wheats. Then again, 159.2 is such a nice number. Why argue with it?
